We are looking for young, ambitious specialists with:

  • Based on nationalization policy of Guinea and Burkina Faso we are looking for national candidates from indicated countries (Guinea and Burkina Faso).

  • A graduate diploma from global technical schools (Mining, Mechanical, Geology, Processing).

  • Minimum 1.5 year of work experience in a relevant industry (including internships).

  • French as a native language and English (intermediate level) as a second language.

  • A keen motivation to work in an international company with different locations.

  • Ability to recognize and act on opportunities to improve production.

  • Strong leadership & analytical skills.

  • Great communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
