Responsibilities:

Executes daily business analytics for multiple departments and disciplines
Conducts research, trend analyses and benchmarking exercises
Initiates and manages continuous improvement work
Leads cost saving or efficiency improvement opportunities
Facilitate cross functional problem-solving sessions and idea generation
Sets up and trains on KPI dashboards
Presents data analysis results (capable to structure presentations and can convey the message to any stakeholder)

Requirements:

Exceptional numerical and analytical skills; very strong excel capability (and can also train others in excel)
Knows fleet management systems (e.g. WENCO)
Familiar with relational databases (e.g. SQL)
Knowledge in web-based platforms (e.g. PowerBI)
Fluent in French (speak, read, write)
High level in English (speak, read, write)
Highly geared towards a methodical, investigative and inquisitive mind-set
Exceptional structured problem-solving capability
Communicates effectively with all stakeholders, builds and maintains strong relationships
Has an international driving license

Terms and Conditions:

Rotation schedule 8 weeks on site, 4 weeks offsite (including travels);
