Successors - employees who are able to take the next management level or significantly expand the functionality in 0-3 years period. An extended IDP based on the competency model for a target position is compiled for confirmed successors for key positions to support and facilitate their development process.
Decision about including in the succession pool is made by the Talent Review Committee based on the results of a comprehensive assessment of the employee.
