Responsibilities:

  • BU management support on site
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of all HR processes, initiating improvements
  • Implementation of HR initiatives related to organizational efficiency
  • Planning and control of staff costs (including headcount, payroll, reserves for annual remuneration and unused vacations, taxes, and social payments ), orgstructure management
  • Identification of current staffing requirements and staffing management
  • Providing KPI analytics and bonus system alignment, benefits policy implementation
  • Development and management of personnel assessment and talent pool development programs
  • Performance management, monitoring and analysis of KPIs and IDPs execution
  • Planning and following up the implementation of training programs and staff development (internal and external)
  • Advising BU management and employees on labor relations issues and company regulations and policies in personnel management
  • Planning, budgeting and organization of corporate events, corporate culture support
  • Interaction with trade unions, industrial relations
  • Social infrastructure management 
Requirements:

  • Higher education (economics, personnel management, management), specific HR qualification - as an advantage
  • 5 years relevant experience as HR Generalist/ HR BP, preferably in mining companies with at least 700 employees 
  • International experience will be an advantage
  • Experience in collaboration with trade unions
  • Motivation and personnel assessment system
  • Knowledge of analysis methods for the quantitative and qualitative staff indicators
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law, labor economics and production management
  • Knowledge of remuneration process, compensation packages structure, payroll policies and social benefits
  • Experience in organisational efficiency projects and staff reporting
  • Proficient PC user: Word, Excel (advanced user), SAP
  • English fluent, French fluent, Malenke - will be an advantage
  • Candiates should have Guinean citizenship
