1. Fast Track – what is it for you? The program offers a chance to be immersed in a challenging gold-mining environment where you can take on interesting projects and learn from experienced professionals.
2. What are your career expectations next 1-2-5 years? I hope to accept increasing responsibility as part of Nordgold’s efforts across the gold-mining value chain at Lefa and possibly elsewhere.
3. How do your coaches and mentors take part in your projects? My coach and my mentor have decades of experience between them and have always been happy to offer guidance on how to navigate technical and non-technical problems.
4. How did you find out info about Fast Track program? I found out about the FastTrack program from a jobs website during my final year of university.
5. Your impressions in general (about program, company)? I am grateful for the unique experience that Nordgold offers with the FastTrack program and I look forward to continuing my professional growth with the company in the coming years.
